Looking for Vocab Lists?
http://www.languageguide.org/
This site by languages has categories of words with links to pictures, sound and kanji, kana, and romaji versions of the words. The best thing is NO ENGLISH so you can send your students in to play. The site is run by volunteers and has the following languages on it:
English (English)
Russian (Русский)
Japanese (日本語Nihongo)
Spanish (Español)
Arabic (عربي)
French (Français)
Hebrew (עברית)
German (Deutsch)
Mandarin Chinese (普通话)

Heard of "Podcasts"?
I hadn't either but if Japanese teachers check out this site: http://www.manythings.org/japanese/links/, you will find a little comment and some links to a few examples. Basically Podcasts are files of people talking as well as writing on their Blog. Pretty interesting and useful for teachers since they can download the soundfiles which are usually mp3 format. Also http://tokyocalling.org/.
French teachers can go to this site which is terrrific: http://www.podcast.net/show/520
Indonesian: http://www.podcast.net/tag/indonesia
[Just type INDONESIAN PODCAST (or the language you want) in Google or another search engine]

A great site and place to download Jap sheets etc
All sorts of sheets for various skill levels from the Meguro Language Centre in Japan. Romaji and kana versons are available. Takes AGES to download them all (the Acrobat PDF files anyway) and the page is not particularly well laid out but since it's free I won't complain!
